The weather was great, the ground was pretty dry and athletes had a great weekend of training. It started off with a bang on Saturday morning – Pierre Pepin, former national coach, dropped in to chat with the athletes, talk about training and answer their questions. Breege Girouard was able to come out again to introduce a dynamic warmup routine. Also, Gregg Campbell and Christel Andree produced a well run and well coached series of events throughout the weekend. Away from the range, the trails were mapped out with a GPS in hopes of creating new trail maps and permanent(well, semi-permanent) colour coded signs were posted around the loops. Thanks to Craig Christie for the use of the quad(s)!
